Took their service today, Uttara to IUB — they came exactly on time. Overall ambience of the car seemed convenient to me. I was a bit worried at first for safety concerns, since they were quite new, but their owners were there with me the whole time and had a talk with me. Seemed very friendly. I hope they will maintain their timing in future as well and increase their time slots. Also, an app or website would be more feasible to use for booking rides — kindly look into that.
